Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer / Embedded Software Developer to join our dynamic team focused on advancing air quality monitoring and sensor integration technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining firmware for embedded systems with a primary emphasis on Linux-based platforms. Responsibilities
Design and implement firmware for embedded systems targeting air quality monitoring
applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor technologies into embedded platforms.
Develop and maintain software components in C++ and QT for efficient and reliable operation.
Implement and optimize communication protocols such as MQTT for seamless data exchange.
Work on sensor calibration, data processing, and analysis algorithms to ensure accurate air quality measurements.
Collaborate with cloud services, particularly AWS, for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Troubleshoot and debug firmware and software issues to ensure system stability.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to embedded systems and air quality monitoring.

Required Skills
Proven experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.
Experience with QT framework for developing graphical user interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of sensor technologies and their integration into embedded systems.
Expertise in embedded Linux development.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as MQTT.
Experience working with AWS for cloud-based solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in air quality monitoring systems is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work on the entire firmware development lifecycle.
Fluent in English.
