1. Daily management of the accounts and be the main interface and overall responsible person for the sales target in south China region for MC business.
2. Basic technical and quality support for customer, such as product selection, etc.
3. Responsible account management as well as global KA supports when necessary (incl. planning, order follow-up, forecast, EFY/budget, yearly negotiations/contract renew, etc.)
4. Co-driver for value proposition and selling as well as new opportunities investigation in relation of customer development, market trends and new market, etc., and keep good internal sharing routine with the local and global team
5. Monitor the competitors’ development and analyse the competition situation, support marketing and R&D for product strategy establishment.
6. Monitor market trends and support to set up proper marketing strategy for MC business in CN.
7. Ensure AR timely and secure finance risk under control.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in major of Electronics/ mechanics or Refrigeration, supplementary with a business of administration or similar will be preferred
2. Technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics is necessary and knowledge in refrigeration and compressors is preferred
3. Minimum 3 years working experiences in sales or technical areas with direct responsibility of key account management and development
4. Experience of automotive industry is preferred.
5. Good at communication both in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
6. Good business understanding is preferred
7. Sales or technical background is necessary, and knowledge in electronics and refrigeration is preferred.
8. Interested in technical sales job.
9. Optimistic and open mind, have good communication skill
10. Self-motivated and fast learning

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
