Job descriptions:
Follow the HQ requirement，source and negotiate with new suppliers to get best quotation，make correct analysis and select the best supplier.
Manage the suppliers, draft, prepare and negotiate the purchasing contract with each supplier.

3. Finalize purchase orders with HQ regarding price, designs，packing and any others details.

4. Manage the suppliers, update the payment schedule and make payment to suppliers on time.

5. Follow up order status tightly and settle all kinds of problems, ensure the production can be finished on time.

6. Contact shipping forwarders to get offer for the sea freight, make sure the containers can be shipped on time.

7. Follow up the material cost changing, acquire the latest cost information, check with suppliers to set a reasonable price.

职位描述：
按照国外总部要求，寻找新供应商，做好供应源搜寻，安排报价并进行价格分析，筛选最优供应商；
管理供应商，起草和准备采购合同，并就采购合同的相关条款与供应商谈判；
协助总部完善并确认订单细节，如价格、设计、包装方式等具体细节；
联系供应商，定期更新付款计划，并确保给供应商按期及时支付；
紧跟供应商订单进度，解决订单执行中的各种问题，确保按期生产交货；
与货代联系沟通，获取并整理海运费报价，及时联系供应商，确保订单按期发运;
跟踪把握大宗物料市场变化，及时掌握各种成本信息，与供应商洽谈价格。


Job Requirements:
College degree or above.
At least 3 years working experience in purchasing field, knowing international trade procedure will be a plus.
CET 4 or above, able to read and write English emails.
Can use all kinds of Microsoft office tools.
Own strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, open-minded and good negotiating skills.
Mainly based in Qingdao.
