岗位职责:
1）Operations营运
? Ensure all associates uphold all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations Manual. 确保所有员工根据公司的店铺操作手册上的管理和程序
? Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image, at all times. 确保员工在任何工作情况下的形象和仪容仪表符合公司品牌标准
? Ensure all associates have excellent attendance record by being on time, reliable and flexible. 确保所有员工能做到准时、可信的以及可灵活调节的良好考勤记录
? Monitor maintenance of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor. 确保员工负责对店铺所有楼层及仓库中所有商品的监控维护
? Provide leadership, set an example and be a role model for staff. 具有良好的领导作用,并能为员工树立良好的领导形象
2）Sales Productivity 销售业绩
? Lead the sales team to seek opportunities to offer products and deliver excellent services to each customer in order to meet and maximize store and personal sales targets.领导销售人员把握机会为顾客推介货品及提供优良销售服务,尽力完成店铺和员工个人销售指标
? Set individual sales goals and formulate action plans to enhance maximize sales规划制定个人的销售目标及相关的销售策略使销售人员能提升销售
? Play an active role on the selling floor merchandise to ensure staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge. 主动于货场确保所有员工能全面掌握商品各方面的知识
3）Customer Service 客户服务
? Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service, utilizing the Byredo 5 Steps to provide a memorable shopping experience and to demonstrate exceptional level of customer service. 确保所有员工提供***质量的客户服务、 遵循Byredo的5个步骤提供一个难忘的购物体验以及体现出优秀的客户服务能力
? Ensure all associates uphold all Byredo customer service standards including telephone etiquette, fitting room standards, alteration etc. 确保所有员工秉承一切Byredo客户服务标准包括电话接听，试衣间修改等
? Ensure all associates maintain constant client communication through utilizing their client books确保所有员工通过他们的客户数据保持稳定的客户交流沟通
? Ensure all associates resolve various customer service issues i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively确保所有员工能够解决各类问题比如： 客户抱怨，回馈，瑕疵商品，客户问题和及时对投诉有效的回复
4）Communication / Teamwork 沟通/团队工作
? Contribute to maintaining a positive working environment. 保持一个积极的工作环境
? Demonstrate a positive attitude towards head office and associates to encourage a team spirit. 表现一个积极的态度,以及协助激励团队精神
? Follow and implement all head office’s direction and strategies跟进并执行所有总部的指示和策略
