职位描述
Objective:
Daily maintenance of laboratory equipment & environment.
Provide experimental data and report support to relevant departments.
Test and evaluate new product/design performance.
Support Lab quality management system with global Norma lab.
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Carries out testing to support the business needs of Norma’s customers (internal and external).
Continuous updating the test schedule weekly or bi-weekly as requested by Lab team leader. Together with the Lab team leader to create the monthly testing plan according to test requests from the requestor. Coordination of incoming test requests and assignment of test tasks by using lab digital system (such as TFDB).
Continuous support APAC regions test technical issues.
Carry out global lab initiative and global lab quality management system.
Collecting the statistics of test spending monthly and summarize the final statistic at the end of year. Participates project meeting which Project Manager scheduled and update the test schedule as requested.
Contact person for internal and external departments as well as team members for questions concerning test activities
Ensure operational safety for test devices by regular maintenance, supervision and certification/ calibration of the equipment.
Continuous support customers audit and visit.
Monitoring progress of test activities and taking measures if issues occur (e.g. in terms of timing)
Elaboration and development of technical specifications in order to design new test devices (internal and external), considering internal and external requirements
Reporting the test equipment utilization monthly.
Support development of lab quality system, CNAS, IATF 16949, OEMs certification.
Follows and implements the Norma values and targets as defined by the Group processes, including the Group Values, Code of Conduct, Compliance Rules, H&S Rules/Procedures.
Travels as required to customers, suppliers and Norma locations.
Continuous improvement of self-knowledge, for instance via trainings, seminars and/or additional tasks outside of the key PDE APAC & Global assignments.
Other work assigned by lab team leader.
Education and/or Experience:
Science or mechanical or similar engineering background.
Minimum bachelor’s degree from a college / university.
At least 2 year working experience in an automotive industry or in lab testing role.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Good English language skills capable for clear communication with internal departments in other countries.
Qualification of laboratory internal auditor is preferred.
Excellent office software skills.
Foundational reading skills for CAD and drawing.
