1. 协助3QCC建立和更新建立的质量文件

2. 负责质量监控控制体系的有效性

3. 负责监控检测指导书和SOP在各站的执行情况

4. 检查实验测量设备按时校准和正确的使用

5. 通过实施Level control和Routine test来确保压缩性能和可靠性

6. 通过巡检追踪抽查产品质量（随机检查产品特性）

7. 分析质量数据和问题，给出分析原因，采取改善措施，保证产品质量持续改善。

8. 在Logbook中详细记录生产线质量异常

9. 针对生产过程中质量问题，敏捷高效的进行分析和树立不良品的处理决策

10. 推动生产过程中质量改善，对于工艺问题和原材料问题，反馈和跟踪改善措施

11. 协助3QCC对MAP进行质量评估

12. 协助对客户投诉进行分析

13. 针对检测指导书、质量改善措施，量检具使用，质量处理流程等，对生产人员进行培训

岗位要求：

1. 中专及技校以上学历，具备使用计算机能力  

    

2. 熟悉压缩机制冷系统原理，具有实验室工作经验优先      

    

3. 工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，思路清晰，动手能力强

    

4. 具备2年以上相关工作经验，接受短期出差

Secop Compressors(Tianjin) Co.,Ltd, that was founded in Wuqing development area. The main products are compressor for household, mobile cooling and light commercial. This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
Secop has been doing business in China for more than 10 years and has proven successful in delivering high quality products for the mid and high end market of compressors.
