• Monitor HSE and quality systems to make sure they are adequate and applicable regarding to Total HSEQ policy.
• Be responsible for establishment and promotion of ISO9001/IATF16949,ISO14001&45001 system in lubricants and grease on maintenance management.

• Lead the maintenance team members to execute the maintenance responsibilities to avoid having unpredictable major failure of production facilities and impact the on time delivery of FG ; 
• Establish and ensure the execution of the PM plan to get better performance on MTBF and prevent time loss caused by equipment/facility failure. 
• Manage plant projects and 3rd party maintenance contractor, ensure all contractor’s activities or behaviors in compliance with our HSEQ requirements;
• Ensure the safety management of special equipment/facilities in accordance with local laws and regulation requirement.
• Ensure the team members get appropriate training and have appropriate qualifications for some special operations. 
• Optimize  the use of the facilities to improve the production efficiency and volume;
• Study the technical problem of the facilities, raise the corrective actions and proposals;
• Control and manage the spare parts, identify the critical equipment and spare parts, ensure we have a certain level safety stock to minimize the MTTR;
• Make annual CAPEX plan for both Lubricants and newly built grease production facilities to develop production bottleneck and eliminate operation risks. Manage the implementation of CAPEX projects on new equipment selection, purchase requisition, commissioning and acceptance;
• Define and promote Energy Efficiency/Carbon Reduction roadmap & actions within plant to deliver more cost saving and CO2 emission reduction.  
• Manage the external and internal calibration of compulsory equipment & safety monitoring equipment to ensure in compliance with group & company rules.  
• Develop and ensure the usage of digital maintenance system - CMMX to manage routine maintenance activities in terms of WR, WO, PM, spare parts and cost analysis, etc.
• Promote operational excellence project such as TPM, LEAN, TQM, 5S…etc. in maintenance team.
• Liaise with the blending system supplier in France for system upgrading and suggest for modification;

Qualification:

• 10 + years’ working experience and 5+ years managerial experience of maintenance/project management, preferred in petrochemical company.
• Bachelor degree or above, engineering major in Electrical/Automation/Chemical/Mechanical or related.

• Knowledge of digitalization project management and industry 4.0 structure is necessary.
• Fluent oral and written English and excellent knowledge on automatic control and mechanical;
• Good knowledge of HSE and site improvement, PM, LEAN, TPM experience is preferred.
• Knowledge to ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and 45001 and operation experience under the management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of State and local laws about occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality.
• Good awareness on pioneering, innovation and self-motivation spirit.
• Strong team management capability to handle staff conflicts and manage difficult staffs.
• Willingness of learning new digital systems with innovation spirits.
• Strong experience of managing big engineering projects.
