To improve the equipment， program、servo、camera, continuously improve the production efficiency. 

根据新产品开发计划，制定设备开发计划，设计、制造完成后在新产品制造前要对设备电气调试，确保实际加工时能正常及时地投入使用。

To compile the maintenance and development plan of equipments, Do the preproduction adjustment of the electrical system, to make sure all the equipment can be put into service timely. 

管理现场制造过程,组织实施产品过程、工序质量与设备的技术保障和改进措施、加工流程的编制与改进、电气PFEMA的编写与实施、TPM指导书的编写与实施

To organize and improve the production process 、process quality;  technology support and improvement action for all equipment, preparation of Electrical FEMA, TPM operation instruction.

协调生产部门与质量部门，确保产品质量提高。

To cooperate with production dept. and engineering dept. To make sure the quality improvement. 

负责备品备件计划的制定和备件管理。

Be responsible for preparing component plan and management. 

负责新员工的岗位培训，日常岗位培训。

To be responsible for the new employee’s post training and normal post training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required.

大学本科及以上学历，电气或自动化相关专业。

College certification or above, Electronicsor automation degrees related major.

Experience Required.

熟悉非标自动化设备，熟练掌握C#、Labview、PLC控制组装设备

Master non-standard automation equipment, proficient in C#, LabVIEW, PLC, control assembly equipment,

熟练掌握视觉开发，智能相机及深度开发（CognexVisionpro）

proficient in visual development, intelligent camera and in-depth development

具有良好的判断能力和动手能力

Have good judgment ability and operation ability

一定的英语交流能力

Have English communication ability.

有强烈的责任心，有团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳的精神，现场24小时快速反应

Have strong sense of responsibility, team-cooperation and hard working spirit,24 hours quick response.

培训经历Training experience:

接受过IATF16949基本培训 have the basic training of IATF16949

经验Work experience:

有两年以上电气系统设计和现场工艺过程支持经验

More than 2 years Electrical system development & management and site support experience 

有非标设备设计或调试经验、自动化设计经验者优先。

Non-standard equipment design or debugging experience, automation design is preferred

技能技巧Skill:

熟悉PLC、C#、LABVIEW、Visionpro等编程语言及软件环境

Master PLC、C#、LABVIEW programmingsoftware
