职位描述

- Handle full spectrum of export and import including Customer Service, Operation and Documents.

操作海运进出口整套流程及单证（一单到底：客服、操作及单证）。

- Ensure efficiency and shipment fulfilment.

确保正确高效的货物运输安排。

- Assist in planning for outgoing shipment.

选择、计划船期。

- Liaise with clients on shipment issues.

与客户沟通协调货物运输事宜。

- Working closely with various logistics service providers.

与各个服务供应商沟通协调。

- Co-ordinate with carriers, vendors, overseas offices and customers to ensure smooth transactions.

与船公司、供应商及海外分公司及海外客户沟通协调，确保业务顺畅操作。

- Track deliveries to ensure cost effectiveness.

跟踪交货并确保成本效率。

- Checking ocean freight rates.

查询海运价格。

- Handle billing, costings and ensure prompt invoicing to customers.

处理单证、开票、成本并确保及时开票给客户。

- Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

任职资格

- A minimum Junior College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business English or the equivalent.

大专或以上学历，物流管理或商务英语相关专业。

- Good command of English (CET4).

英语良好（四级证书）。

- 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry.

3年左右货代行业经验。

- Good communication and people skills.

沟通协调能力强。

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

积极主动，独立工作能力强。

- Knowledge of customs declaration and Tradenet.

具备清关和航线相关知识。

- Knowledge of ocean export processes.

具备海运出口知识。

- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and able to work in fast pace environment.

做事仔细，适应快节奏及同时多任务的工作环境。
