Job Purpose

Confirm and implement maintenance plans of Pickling/drawing/Galvanizing line/packing and relevant public utility and infrastructure. Ensure all machine running with stable and safety;

Maintain maintenance Data system; audit maintenance management procedures, and get them implemented to ensure a normal and well-ordered maintenance work and provide strong support to production.

Responsibilities

l Manage entire plant maintenance activity

- Build & maintenance data system, analyze maintenance data, make maintenance report, take improve action to the abnormity data

- Compile and update maintenance management procedures, supervise the implementation, make sure the maintenance work goes smoothly

- Like arrange breakdown maintenance, plan of preventive maintenance/predictive maintenance,

- Compile the control plan of maintenance quality and cost, Monitor the consumption of spare parts to optimize the stock

- Update SOP & implementation, to make the maintenance work quality under control.

- Keep best communication with product Dep. Understand what they want, have sense of urgency for problem solving

- Well communicate with GAMM&BK plants for maintenance issue.

- Control the breakdown times and hours of bottle neck machine ，line3 and line 12 and UT

l Improvement management

- Be responsible for improvement project, He makes a budget and a time schedule for the execution of projects.

- Coaches the project engineer to prepare bidding / tender documents, contacts contractors, To negotiate/select contractors together with the CCPD

- Checks and prepare compliance with official / governmental regulations applicable to the expansion projects, such as safety and environmental regulations.

- Guarantees that on-going production is not or minimally disturbed by new expansion projects at any time;

- Constantly supervises the correct execution of the project by subcontractors, BTEC and BENG. He ensures that the project execution is on schedule and within the budget, and makes adjustments if necessary;

- Follows up and manage the project budget sheet together with the plant financial controller, keep it correctly and updated;

- Organizes the acceptance meeting, to check the completion of all jobs with different departments, design institute, subcontractors. To deal with the pending problems timely. After acceptance, officially ‘hands over’ the new facility to the user, and archives all related document;

l 3. Keep the utilities stable and running in economic way

- Builds up Utility Data Treatment System, which is able to create statistical data required by Finance department every month, such as power consumption, water consumption, steam consumption, and so on;

- Analyzes the consumption data relating the production volume every month, keep utility consumption in reasonable way;

- Build up Utility daily check list which covers key checking items, to keep the utility running in stable way;

- For the non-production electricity( lighting, office air conditioners, etc), set up Start-stop Operation Regulation which defines to save electricity power as much as possible at the precondition of safety and permit;

- Makes up Emergency events treatment procedure due to utility; Follow it when emergency events happens unexpected or scheduled (i.e. power stop schedule…), for the purpose of protecting equipment or reducing production loss time;

l 4. To perform a good people management.

- Offer recruitment plan to HR.

- In accordance with procedures to train the new employees to match the job requirements.

- Subordinate objectives and guidance and assessment, establish the maintenance *** evaluate system.

- Establish smooth communication channels within maintenance team in order to ensure timely feedback.

- Motivate staff to make them work proactively.

l 5.Responsible for managing safety and 5S activities.

- Ensure that all maintenance activities in line with the safety and 5S standard.

- Establish communication channels to implement the company's safety requirements, to achieve safe indicators.

- Collaboration with the SHE department, prevent and stop unsafe behavior, find potential safety problems, implement proposal and requirement from SHE.

- Continuously improve the safety and 5S awareness of employees by training.

l 6. Others

- Perform other works that arranged by GM if needed

l Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical /Electrical or related.

- 5+ years’ experience of maintenance management.

- Have the experience and practice of the project management.

- Good on leadership / personnel management / motivation skills / 2-way communication skill.

- Systematic way of working on task arrangement & problem solving, sense of urgency / priority of task.

- Good English on reading, writing and speaking.
