• 岗位职责

  1、Coordinate process improvement trial both in lab scale and production scale.

      统筹工艺改善小试以及生产大试；

  2、Cost analysis of the process improvement plan, including cost of material, labor, utility etc.

      工艺改善行动计划的成本分析，包括物料、人工、能源等的成本分析；

  3、Communicate with Marketing, R&D, FSQ to make sure new process is compliance with the legal.

      与市场部、研发、质量等部门沟通，确保新工艺符合法规；

  4、Grasp current process situation and Service the improvement suggestion to cooperate with R&D launch the new test program

      通过对现有生产工艺的理解与现状分析，提出改进建议并同R&D合作开展流程改进；

  5、Initiate the overall plant saving projects

     推动发起总个工厂节约项目

  6、Push and track the implementation of the saving projects

     推动并跟进各个节约项目实施

  7、Daily /Monthly KPI tracking as well as the related correcting actions.

     日常/每月的KPI指标以及纠正行动的跟踪

  8、Push the EHS worknt, discover and help eliminate safety hidden trouble, correct the unsafe behaviorand, ensure no major equipment safety liability accident;

     推动管辖范围的EHS工作，及时发现并协助排除安全隐患，监督并纠正不安全行为，确保无重大设备安全责任事故；

  9、Responsible for the implementation and execution of Q-RMP, product safety and quality, and the establishment；

  负责实施对所管辖范围的Q-RMP风险管理和执行，确保负责的涉及到产品安全和质量的环节按公司规定进行操作;

  10、Implement company policies, complete other tasks assigned by boss.

           贯彻执行公司相关政策，完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1、Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fermentation Engineering, Bioengineering, or any related major

   本科或以上学历，食品工程、发酵工程、生物工程等相关专业；

2、Experience: 2 years or above food industry working experience. Familiar with packaging and processing improvement preferred.

两年或以上食品行业工作经验，有包装、工艺改善经验者优先；

3、Working knowledge of food processing, good understanding of food raw material, packing material, and related process procedures.

具备食品加工的专业知识和技能，对食品原料、包材、加工工艺有深刻的理解；

4、Strong communication and coordination, team work spirit. Can continual improving on food production process to maintain quality with decreasing the cost and improving efficiency.

较强的沟通协调和管理能力，良好的团队意识，具备不断改善食品加工工艺流程以提高质量和效率、降低成本的能力；

5、Good skill on office software.  Good command of Chinese and English

     熟练使用计算机办公软件，良好的中英文水平；

6、Nice to Have: Master degree or above，Fluent in oral and written English

     具备以下条件优先：硕士或以上学历，流利的英语口语、书面语,。
