Primary Functions (or Position Summary)   职责概述

To be involved in new product development and maintaining existing product, including but not limited to product design, BOM, drawings, documents, component development, testing, and continuously improvement on launched product.

负责参与新产品设计与开发以及现有产品的技术支持，包括但不限于产品设计、图纸、文件、零部件开发、测试，以及产品的持续改善。

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责要求

1.     Act as a project team member to develop and design of new products.

作为项目团队成员开发和设计新产品。

2.     Undertake product verification and validation test programme.

负责产品验证及确认。

3.     Reduce time to market by precision and agile task delivery.

精确、灵活的完成任务以减少产品上市时间。

4.     Support internal and external customers with problem solving related to existing products.

支持内外部客户解决与产品相关的技术问题。

5.     Creation and management of drawings & documents;

建立和维护图纸及技术文件。

6.     Support project team to improve and optimize existing products;

支持项目团队改善和优化现有产品。

7.     Support the test engineering to implement product test, and create/maintain product test spec/plan;

协助测试工程师完成产品测试，以及测试规范和测试计划的建立与维护。

8.     Other relevant tasks assigned by management;

管理者分配的其它相关工作。

    Normal Minimum Position Requirements 岗位任职要求    

Education                

-          Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent subject.

机械或相关专业本科以上学历

Basic requirement                 

-          Proven ability  to make 3D parametric design by CREO;

熟练应用CREO进行产品结构设计

-          Good spoken and written English ;

书面英语与口语熟练

-          Master of Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Office应用熟练

-          Knowledge in plastic injection and iron casting technologies are a plus;

具备注塑及铸造相关经验优先考虑

-          Knowledge in fluid dynamics and pump technology are a plus;

具备流体力学或泵类技术背景优先考虑

-          Knowledge in structural design and calculation are a plus.

具备结构设计及计算经验优先考虑

Others

-          Self-management of tasks and delivery.

-          Design thinking: accuracy in data collection and analysis
