1.了解钣金成型原理，了解钣金模具及塑料模具工作原理；
2.能熟练使用结构三维作图软件；
3.能熟练操作word、Excel、PPT等办公室软件；
4.机械/模具设计相关专业；
5.有较强的分析解决问题能力；
6.有较强的主动沟通能力，工作认真细致，责任心强；
7.有两年以上冷链设备/制冷家电结构设计工作经验人员优先
