Job Description:

- Monitor efficient and timely goods receiving and dispatching schedule both for local stores and for export shipment

- Supervise the process of Chinese label preparation

- Request, review KPI reports provided by 3rd party logistics provider

- Ensure the warehouse operations procedures are being properly executed

- Provide proper training to 3rd party logistics provider staff and ensure proper usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems

- Arrange and supervise periodical warehouse stock take and investigate any stock take discrepancies

- Arrange and supervise products destruction

- Maintain, control and review the warehouse security

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years in relevant field

- Experience in big logistics company at managerial position , MNC working experience is a plus

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- University graduate or above

- Good command of window office software

- Detail oriented and good communication skills
