岗位职责Responsibilities:

1.供应商开发 Development suppliers

分析供应商报价，负责与供应商谈判，并作出商务评估和出价总结，向供应链经理和工厂长提供采购推荐书以及供应商生命周期文件夹，并确定最终供应，以实现达到或优化原料成本目标；

Analysis offer and negotiation with suppliers, make business assessment and offer summary, provide purchasing recommendation and supplier life cycle documents to supply chain manager and plant manager, and determine final supply to achieve or optimize raw material cost target;

2.采购合同和文件管理 Purchasing contract and document management

按照计划的时间表缔结合同/订单，妥善保管好合同/订单及支持性的供应商报价资料，所有合同报批供应链经理和工厂长，定期的维护合同/订单并确保其有效;

Sign contracts or make orders according to the planned schedule, keep contracts/orders and supporting supplier quotation documents properly, submit all contracts to SCM and plant manager for approval, maintain contracts/orders regularly and ensure validity;

3.采购物料跟进 Follow up purchasing material

和供应链团队一起，做好合同/订单发布后的跟进工作，配合供应链部物流团队确保所需的物品都能及时到位；

Together with SC team to follow up purchasing material delivery after signed contract or made order and make sure all the material delivery on time as requirement;

4.定期对供应商进行审核实现分级管理；

Suppliers classification management by auditing regularly  

5.新项目采购 New project purchasing

参与对客户新项目的报价，提供最有竞争力的报价以支持BU销售团队赢得新项目；同时作为新项目的Lead Buyer，协调整个项目的sourcing，使之满足成本预算及时间节点；配合供应商质量工程师，协调供应商按时完成新项目开发及在日常质量问题处理上给予支持，如出现质量问题，造成的损失要介入管理.

Take part in new project offer and provide competitive offer to support Bu sales team to get new project; As new project lead buyer, coordinate all the sourcing issues and ensure meet cost budget and schedule; Provide support to deal with supplier quality issues, if there are some quality issues with with suppliers, should be involved in management;

6.成本节俭 Cost saving

通过以下几点对目前的零件进行成本改善：

-有技巧的谈判

-全球采购

-其他系统的合作（如事业部、工艺、物流部门等）

-寻找新的供应商等

Cost saving by following activities:

-Skilled negotiation

-Global purchasing

-Cooperate with other department(such as Bu, Process, Logistic etc.)

-Develop new suppliers

7.公司内部VAVE的管理；

Company internal VAVE management

8.完成年度工作计划及月度报表；

Finish annual working plan and monthly report

9.协助完善或改进内部采购管理和控制流程；

Assist to improve internal purchasing management and control process.

10.对意大利供应链的采购工作给予支持；

Support ELTEK Group supplier chain Department.

11.供应链经理安排的其他工作。

Other works assigned by SC manager

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:

1.本科或以上，理工科背景优先;

Bachelor degree or above, preferred in engineering background;

2.4年以上制造业采购工作经验，2年以上汽车行业采购及项目采购经验, 熟悉塑料、车削、冲压、橡胶，电子材料等；

4 years+ purchasing working experience in manufacturing industry and 2 years experience in Auto industry, familiar with plastic, turning, stamping, rubber, etc.

3.熟悉采购工作流程及质量管理体系和供应商管理程序;

Be familiar with purchasing process and quality management system and supplier management procedure;

4.具备一定的成本分析和商务谈判能力；

Having good cost analysis and negotiation ability;

5.优秀的沟通表达能力；

Excellent communication and presentation skills

6.具有团队合作精神及良好的职业道德和敬业精神；

Team work spirit and good professional ethics and engagement

7.具有不断学习和提高工作能力的意愿及实际行动；

Have the willingness and action for continuous learning

8.具备英语书面及口语交流的能力，能作为工作语言;

Good written and oral English and can be as working language;

9.熟悉ERP系统.

Be familiar with ERP system
