What are my responsibilities?

 

As an Export leader, you are a member of management team as a trusted business partner. You are responsible to take overall responsibility for Export Project Management Processes, understand customers’ requirement; Maintain relationship with customer and partner, solve issues in order to improve existing customer satisfaction; Contract negotiation, together with technical team.

 

In this role, you are expected to build effective working organization, manage team of export.   

• To be the key project interface between internal customers and Qingdao site, leading all project stages from RFQ, FAI, mass production & delivery, after service & quality:

• Lead yearly catalogue price update with internal customers, and drive cost improvement internally.

• Lead new project development followed by DFQ process to ensure FAI Go-On-Time

• Lead delivery& forecast review with internal customers, to make sure customer demand is well anticipated and cascaded to Qingdao site, to avoid late deliveries, and the associated cost caused by customer line stoppage and/or air delivery cost. 

• To launch sales orders in K3, close work with planning and production team, to review and fit in production S&OP, tracking production sales order fulfilment, to detect risk in advance and coordinate team for mitigation plans and preventive action plans. 

• To manage both incoming & finish goods warehouse, monitor inventory gap and maintain lean inventory level for export business.

• To have periodical review with internal customer (France), manages internal sales and order management.

•  Tracking production logistics with shipment company and update all database in system and manual form.

•  As a coordinator to enhance communicate with internal customer and department.

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

 

In this role, you are expected to build effective working relationships across a diverse team, with the ultimate goal of establishing an efficient organization.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree
• Commercial sense and project competency
• 5~10 years’ project experience with export
• Leadership to drive for results
• Fluent in English and French is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• A good level of technical competence of damper or bogie. And project management competence will be a plus.
• Customer oriented and problem resolution focus
• Good self-learning & development capability.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with good promotion & negotiation skills
• Manages responsibilities within Alstom’s ethics standards
• Awareness and strategic view of main line and mass transit market. 
• Good understanding of commercial terms and conditions, including Alstom customers’ standards
• Autonomous, results-driven
• Good financial awareness and sound judgement

Ltd as the designated damper supplier for all bided railway train cars.
