1. Issue & distribute the production plan of each process to shop floor according to the main production plan & finish
inventory on hand.
2. Analyze the relation between the production plan and production capability, and feedback the relative information & action plan timely.
3. Provide the data of the production capability to sales, finance, new product development project team, etc.
4. Responsible for tracking to production plan & products delivery as required, statistic the complete rate of production plan and analysis the reason of uncompleted, make up related measures and trail after for the action.
5. Tracking & feedback the urgent delivery cases timely.
6. Balance & control the work in process, achieve optimum cost while maintaining adequate inventory.
7. Support and participant lean manufacture, 6 sigma & Kaizen activities, continuous to improve planning method.
1.Bachelor's degree;
2.3 years above about the relative job, have the plan management experience
3.Management knowledge about the production
4.Familiar with and good at operation SAP ***/PP module
