职位描述
- Review his/her assigned projects with related functions(sales etc.) to ensure sufficient resources are collected; develop schedule and control the process of each single assigned projects. 对分配给他/她的与相关职能(销售等)相关的项目进行评审，以确保收集到足够的资源;制定计划并控制每个单独分配的项目的过程。
- Manage and motivate the cooperation among dept. keep related functions updated while project processing. 管理和激励部门间的合作，在项目处理过程中保持相关职能的更新。
- Manage to qualify and select proper supplier for each assigned project, supervise the tech solution and production quality to ensure it done on site in terms of safety, quality and timing. 管理和选择合适的供应商为每个分配的项目，监督技术解决方案和生产质量，确保它在安全，质量和时间上在现场完成。
- Ensure all contracts and payment done according to company principle, file up all projects documents for project acceptance and handover. 确保所有的合同和付款按照公司的原则进行，为项目的验收和移交归档所有的项目文件。
- Coordinate with airport authorities for project and installation approval inside of airport, ensure Airport authorities requests been fed back to related functions and trace to make sure feedback and changes been made accordingly to the end of project completion.协调机场有关部门在机场内进行项目和安装审批，确保机场有关部门的要求反馈给相关功能部门，并进行跟踪，确保在项目完成时反馈和更改相应的信息。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction, MEP or related majors. 本科以上学历，土木工程、建筑、机电等相关专业。
2. 2-3 years relevant working experience. 2-3年相关工作经验。
3. Practical knowledge of construction, especially on site knowledge. 了解施工知识，特别是现场施工。
4. Practical knowledge of quality control. 具有质量控制的实际知识
5. Knowledge about bidding and tendering will be a plus. 有过实际有投标和投标经验者优先。
6. Good at reading engineering drawing, basic knowledge on Auto CAD. 能读懂工程图纸，具备Auto CAD基础知识。
