Knowledge and Skills:

?   In depth knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, be efficient while working simultaneously with multiple software applications, be efficient in communicating with clinical user to identify problems and provide solutions

?   Excellent understanding of data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems.

?   Familiar with basic networking, good knowledge of PC's, printers and peripheral equipment

?   Sound understanding of information security control

?   Effective written and verbal English communication

?   Provision of creative solutions to operational challenges

?   Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines

?   Desire to work in systems building /development environment

Responsibilities:

?   Be responsible to provide support super/end users in the use of Clinical information systems,

?   Work closely with clinical users to identify clinical and business needs, i.e. clinical workgroup must be formed, regular meetings must be held and minutes taken, super users continuously trained so that they can provide input to this group.

?   Communicate with cross section of interdisciplinary to effectively ensure successful implementation of HIS functionalities and workflows

?   Understands each particular clinical groups’ requirements for Implementation and ensures they are met or are on track to meet in the future.

?   Maintain detailed records of training sessions and provide feedback to the management team

?   Provide system requirement recommendations in order to configure technical application solutions.

?   Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensure they are complied with information security policies

?   Performs QA on post-live practices. Reviews practice’s usage of the system in all areas and determines which areas need improvement (gap analysis).

?   Responsible for policies and standards compliance to meet UFH information security policies and SOPs(Apply to assigned duty areas, include but not limit to Cyber Security law, SOX, JCI,etc)
