岗位职责：

1、产品开发与改善: 根据市场需求，及时开发满足客户要求的轮胎。进行OTR 轮胎新产品设计开发，制作产品轮廓、花纹及字体的设计、产品施工设计、测试及上市。根据市场质量反馈情况，解决产品存在的质量问题并稳步提高产品质量；

2、生产技术支持: 制作产品施工，参与工厂进行产品的试制、生产，并对产品的实验、工艺、质量进行跟踪改进，须要及时到相关工厂进行相关产品跟进及相关技术交流；

3、市场支持: 定期对市场人员进行技术培训，并对市场的反馈信息进行回复解答；负责处理产品的售后、市场服务、跟踪等；

4、市场反馈数据分析：定期对市场人员反馈的本公司产品及竞品表现数据进行分析，形成报告后反馈到本部门及业务部门相关人员；

5、市场需求调研：根据市场需求，对矿山进行工况信息调研，并完成产品匹配、测试跟踪和使用问题处理。

任职资格：

1、研究生以上学历，高分子等工业专业毕业；

2、具备良好的沟通和表达能力，有良好的服务意识和团队协作意识；

3、具备独立进行英语沟通能力优先；能适应市场客户走访出差;

4、中共党员、预备党员、学生干部等优先考虑。
