Job Responsibilities:
Leads the product group sales and marketing efforts to insure growth and profitability.
Acts as role model promoting the WIN Strategy and Parker management systems to build teamwork and align our resources. Works to achieve our goals of Premier Customer Service, Financial Performance, and Profitable Growth at all times.
Visits on a regular basis the customers or distributors with the Sales Engineers.
Supports sales engineers in proposing products corresponding to the customer needs.
Manages the pricing to maximize the profitability and analyzing the competitions, owner of the SPA.
Supports the development of new business with marketing support, sample and pre-sales activities.
Works with GM, GSM on annual plan to meet product group growth and objectives for exist/new - product/markets.
Identifies target markets/applications for the product group in China, to help maintain alignment with overall Group direction, and maintain future growth.
Provides guidance and feedback to market services so database on industry, economic, and technological trends in target markets is always up to date.
Keeps management informed of competitive and market issues via timely monthly reports and other specifically requested reports.
Provides feedback to Operations on product fit, and price list competitiveness.
Provides feedback to GSM on local sourcing, joint venture and acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications:
Engineering Degree or equivalent
Five years experience in selling/marketing position for industrial products.
At least three years Territory or Product management experience.
Knowledge of the product group's product, application, market and competition.
Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
