Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  

• Provide first level IT support within the agreed SLAs, covering PC, mobile device, communication systems and application software.
• Resolve and report on any issues or potential issues with Dentsply Sirona network and infrastructure.
• To build, configure, install and patching corporate devices ready for end user.
• User management and administration (Security and Access)
• Liaising with other internal support teams towards resolution of incidents/requests.
• Assist in the enforcement of IT Security Policy and Operations.
• Keep the stakeholders and other members of the IT department informed of progress as appropriate.
• Complete thorough documentation of incidents/request in ticket system, to ensure proper tracking of status, root cause resolution, and/or correct application of workarounds, etc.
• Delivery of excellent service to customers (internal and external)
• Assist in creation of the IT Support knowledge base
• Onsite support as needed for Deployments/Changes

  

Qualifications include but not limited to:

  

• 2+ years in IT, specifically in the end user support & ITIL environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in professional manner.
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Precision, Reliability, dynamism and flexibility.
• Experience of supporting core technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, etc.
• Experience of LAN/WAN technologies, troubleshooting and setup.

  Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field, ITIL V3/V4 Foundation.
