职位描述
- The location for this position is not limited in Qingdao;
- Understand business strategies/targets, breakdown and link it with sales individual objectives;
- Marketing intelligent at e.g.: customer demand/ competitor info/ new technology/ industry trend, utilize these info for wise decision making as well as build channels& customer pool with tools (Salesforce) to track effectively;
- Demonstrate deep understanding to responsible segments/areas/ channel and customers, ability to capture new business opportunities and convert into revenues or margin growth;
- Cooperate with partners as appropriate, continuously improve rate from opportunity to orders by e.g.: strong relationship/unique technical solution/ value selling ensure business/project success;
- Build the channels and customers` engagement with Signode and maintain a long term and sustainable business relationship;
- Timely and accurately provide required feedback, e.g. at: customer/products/projects/reports and so on;
- Ensure customers get timely information about new products (equipment and consumables), services, prices and changes;
- Responsible for following up the customer to complete the collection of accounts receivable;
- Other tasks being assigned;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above., preferred with mechanical or related major;
- At least 5 years sales experience, preferred working background in Light Industries, e.g. papermaking, textile, food and etc. or the similar industry customer resources;
- Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products and processes;
- Quick response, excellent interpersonal communication skill;
- Good ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Good project management skill;
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, with the ability to work well under pressure;
- Be able to travel frequently;
- Basic ability in English;
