1、  根据请购，及时下达物料采购订单，确保交期准确，确保货物及时且准时的交付到工厂。 To place order according to purchase requests. Make sure the delivery date is accurate. Track goods to deliver to plant on time

2、负责相关商品类别物料的按时交付，定期监控物料交付准时率和及时率。 Responsible for on time delivery of assigned commodities. To monitor, improve material delivery on-time and in-time fill rate.

 3、负责相关商品类的物料库存周转率，定期监控、改善。 Responsible for ITO target accomplishment of assigned commodities. To monitor and improve ITO. 

4、根据预测更新，与供应商沟通及时调整开口订单，以控制库存在合理的水平。 To communicate with suppliers to adjust open orders schedule according to forecast update, in order to keep reasonable stock level. 

5、持续监督、考核供应商交付绩效，并协助供应商提高交付绩效表现。 Continuously monitor, evaluate delivery performance of suppliers and support suppliers to improve 

 6、定期根据PMC物料表及其它工具进行风险物料排查。提前识别并预警中、高风险等级的物料，及时升级给计划经理与商品采购经理协助解决问题。 To identify potential risk materials using PMC list and other tools. To escalate potential high and medium risk materials to planning manager and commodity manager timely to gain support to solve the problem. 

 7、及时协调处理在检入库、不良品的退货、换货。 To coordinate with incoming goods inspection completion and transfer to warehouse. Responsible for return of NG parts. 

 8、核对到货数量及对账，及时通知供应商开票，及时提交发票到财务并记录。提交供应商应付款与预付款预算申请、追踪付款一直到供应商确认收款。 Confirm receipt of order quantities and confirm to suppliers in time. Inform suppliers to submit invoice on time. Submit invoice in time to finance department and make record. Submit application of suppliers’ account of payable and prepayment. Track payment till it’s received and confirmed by suppliers.

 9、控制供应链物料端的物流费用。 To control logistic cost of supplied material.

 10、协调物料计划团队提高物料交付准时率和及时率，定期监控、改善与汇报。 To coordinate material planning team to monitor, improve and report material delivery on-time and in-time fill rate. 

 11、协调物料计划团队提高物料库存周转率，定期监控、改善与汇报。 To coordinate material planning team to monitor, improve and report ITO 

 12、PMC物料控制计划编制、更新与沟通改善。 To draft and update PMC. Trigger and follow up improvement.

任职要求:

1.全日制大学本科专业, 物流管理专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree – Full time. Logistics management major is preferred.

2.5年以上物料计划相关工作经验。

5+ years’ experience in material planning.

3.优秀的道德品质、诚实、守信

Highly ethical，honest and faithful personality

4.熟练操作ERP U8/SAP

Proficient in ERP U8/SAP

5.优秀的办公软件技巧、熟练掌握Excel、PPT

Excellent in office software including Excel, PPT.

6.英语听说读写熟练，可用英语作为工作语言

Good at English. English can be working language.
