Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for monthly payroll, IIT report, social benefit and housing payment as well as review update of HR budget.

2. KPI Management. Assist in continuously developing the staff incentive plan for commercial team and production team.

3. Deal with employee issues such as contract termination, employee complaints and departmental conflicts.

4. Provide comprehensive HR service to staffs including residence permit application, work permit and hukou application.

5. Support effectiveness of HR operations and reporting if required.

6. Manage staff's activities including teambuilding, birthday party, annual party and so on. Maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.

7. Be responsible for the general administrative service including office suppliers' management, transportation management, random purchase, office environment management issue and so on.

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in human resource management, business management or relevant disciplines will be preferred.

2. 3 ~ 5 years in HR and Admin experiences. C&B experience is a must.

3. Good knowledge of labor law and local labor regulations.

4. High level of integrity with strong listening and consulting skills.

5. Good English demand.
