Job Description：

1. Assist remotely and travel to customer sites within China region or neighboring countries to collaborate with their engineers and help them integrate our products into their application.

2. Respond to technical inquiries from prospective customers and advise them on best solution for their needs.

3. Train and assist resellers in within China region or neighboring countries.

4. Periodically create presentation material and application notes showing Roboteq Technology and Business value or translate the existing ones in Chinese Language.

Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years experiences of working in technical support.？

2. Experience with direct customer interaction, both in sales and technical contexts

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

6. Knowledge of Motion Control and Robotics.

7. Experience in CAN (CANOpen) and other fieldbuses is a plus.

8. Free to travel up to 30%

9. English language: excellent speaking and writing level.

10. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plus.
