职位描述：

Job Description:

• 日常报销整理审核，货款整理，并交由上级审批。根据费用类原始凭证在ERP系统里做账，及凭证装订。
• Check the staff reimbursement strictly and follow the company’s policy. Arrange payment for suppliers. Settlement accounting voucher making and filing.

• 银行付款，确保月度付款的及时性和准确性。
• Payment arrangement and ensure monthly payment is timely and accurate

• 月度银行对账，保证账实相符。
• Monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the consistency of accounts.

• 每周更新cash flow表。
• Update cash flow list weekly.

• 其他与银行有关的业务（拿银行回单，开关户、授权签字人变更，更新银行信息）
• Other bank related business.

• 收集各项目的采购申请，整理后，交由上级审核。
• Collect the purchase applications of projects and submit it to the superior for review.

• 进口货物资料整理，报关，后续付款。
• Declare import goods and arrange payment.

• 工商年检和联合年检，及其他年度数据申报。
• Report annual data to the government.

• 配合公司完成内外审计。
• Cooperate with internal and external audit.

• 其他由领导安排的工作。
• Other work arranged by the leader.

职位要求：

Requirements：

• 学历：财务相关专业专科及以上学历。
• Education: college degree or above in finance.

• 工作经验：应届毕业生亦可。
• Work experience: fresh graduates are also welcome.

• 英语水平：大学英语四级及以上。
• English level: CET-4 or above.

• 电脑：熟练使用OFFICE办公及财务软件，有ERP经验的优先。
• Computer: proficient in OFFICE and financial software, experience in ERP is preferred.

• 其它：熟悉国家财务、税务政策和法规及中国会计制度，具有分析问题的能力，具有很好的对内、对外交流能力。
• Others: familiar with the national financial system, tax policies and regulations and China's accounting system. With the ability to analyze problems. with good internal and external communication skills.
