供应商质量工程师Supplier Quality Engineer

What You’ll Get to Do:

Working for Omni-ID an award winning IOT/RFID Company!

You will report to Quality Manager

Support Quality Manager to establish and implement the rule/method/process of supplier quality control , drive continuous improvement in supplier quality management.

协助质量经理建立和实施供应商质量控制的规则/方法/流程，推动供应商质量管理的持续改进。

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement for material supply quality and drive to suitable AQL level inspection
• 持续改进物料供应质量，推动符合AQL标准的检验
• Confirm nonconformity materials with team to define select, accept, scrap or return etc.
• 与团队一起确认不合格材料的挑选、接受、报废或退回等
• Issue NCR to supplier for corrective action
• 向供应商发出不合格报告以采取纠正措施
• Follow feedback of NCRs
• 跟踪不合格报告的反馈
• Drive corrective and preventive actions with suppliers for problem solving
• 推动纠正和预防措施以解决问题
• Supplier visit for problem solving and periodically audit
• 审核供应商以解决问题及定期审核
• Support new project development by IQC inspection
• .通过IQC检验支持新项目开发
• Document management for supplier quality control on Intranet
• 供应商质量控制文件管理
• Weekly report for issues on hand
• 周报
• Performance appraisal for suppliers
• 供应商绩效评估
• Other tasks assigned by QA manager
• 质量经理安排的其他任务

 

What You’ll Bring:

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering
• 机电或相关学士学位
• Experience of 3 or more years in supplier development/management
• 三年以上供应商开发/管理经验
• Plastic background is preferred.
• 注塑背景优先
• Good capability in Problem solving. Experience in problem solving tools- 8D etc.
• 良好的问题解决能力。有8D等解决问题工具的经验
• Good communication/coordination skills.
• 良好的沟通/协调能力
• Good Microsoft office skills
• 良好的办公软件技能
• English speaking & Writing advantageous
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
