项目工程师 Project Engineer

What You’ll Get to Do:

Working for Omni-ID an award winning IOT/RFID Company!

You will report to MD

Responsible for assigned specific projects both in-house and sub contracted, working closely with Sales, Buyer, Engineers and production team. Planning, Scheduling and managing projects and handover finished products to production on time.

负责所分配的公司内部和分包商的具体项目，与销售、采购、工程师和生产团队紧密合作。计划、安排和管理项目，并按时将成品交付生产。

Responsibilities:

• Arrange for RFQ for engineering samples, equipment & processes that is actively supporting projects or engineering both on site and at sub contractors locations.

      安排工程样品、设备和工艺的RFQ，积极支持现场和分包商的项目或工程。

• Perform cost analysis for projects.

      对项目进行成本分析。

• Basic technical info maintenance in GP.

      在GP系统里维护基本技术信息。

• Arrange Purchasing for project engineering samples following development material requisition procedure.

      根据物料申请程序，安排项目工程样品的物料采购。

• Responsible for requesting PV (Product validation) and measurements study of new products / Components & follow up with the procedure till approval

      新产品/部件的产品验证和测量研究，并跟踪过程直到批准。

• Responsible for creating, maintaining and management of Project documentation, including: specification, work instructions & Drawings of components, equipment or processes.

      负责创建、维护和管理项目文件，包括:说明书，作业指导书，部件、设备或工艺的图纸。

• Responsible for reporting U.M.C (Unit of manufacturing cost), expenditure associated with project.

      负责报告制造成本，与项目相关的支出。

• Support the contract manufacturer of products and process for manufacturing engineering samples and communicate changes to make improvements. Including design, drawing and modifications.

      支持分包商的产品和工艺以制造工程样品，并及时沟通设计、绘图的修改以改进产品。

• Ensure Project leads adhere to procedures and that the procedures are continuously improved to capture lessons learned.

      确保项目遵守程序，并不断吸取经验教训以改进程序。

• Work with teams to ensure a seamless transition into production and operates a safe working environment.

      与团队合作，确保无缝过渡到生产和运行一个安全的工作环境

• Follow up project according to Project life cycle checklist & highlight issues that is causing potential delay & work on corrective action to ensure project is meeting original schedule.

      根据项目周期检查跟踪项目，挑出可能造成延迟的问题，并采取纠正措施，以确保项目符合原定计划。

What You’ll Bring:

Skills/Qualifications:

• A minimum is a Bachelors degree

      本科学历及以上学历

• Experience of 3 or more years in a manufacturing environment

      3年及以上制造业工作经验

• Experience of 1 or more years managing multiple projects in an engineering environment is required

      1年以上生产企业多项目管理经验

• Experience of 2 years or more Purchasing/Project experience

      2年以上采购/项目经验

• Experience in RF testing, Encoding advantageous

      有射频测试，编码经验者优先

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

      优秀的沟通表达能力

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent written & Oral Mandarin Chinese and English required
