职位描述: 

Main Responsibility:

1、Listen to and understand

customer’s requirement, provide first-class customer service, constantly meet

and exceed customer’s requirement. 倾听和理解客户的需求，持之以恒地提供优质服务，达到并超过客户的期望；

2、Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping, ensured high order fulfilment rate. 与仓库和运输公司联络、协调运输事宜，确保订单满足率； 

3、Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan. 客户订单处理以及完成出货计划；

4、To complete all reports

required for customer service. 完成客户服务需要的所有报告；

5、To provide good advice and

service to customers to satisfied demands. 提供良好的建议与服务以满足客户需求； 

6、To proactively decrease and

handle with customer’s complaint. 减少与处理客户投诉问题；

7、Operation and maintain the

logistics management system; 操作和维护物流管理系统

8、Ensure the accuracy and

punctuality of billing and account receivable 准确按时地完成账单并回收应收账款；

9、Other duties may be assigned 完成领导分配的其他任务。 

能力要求

Requirements：

1. College graduation, prefer majored in

logistics, trading or English; 

大专以上学历，物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先；

2. 2+ years working experience for

logistics operation or customer service, in warehousing & distribution of

auto spare parts would be a big plus; 

2年以上物流操作或客服工作经验，有汽配物流行业背景优先； 

3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing

to learn and work under pressure, good team player; 

有强烈的责任感，愿意去学习，能在压力下工作，良好的团队合作能力；

4. Good command of English in reading and

writing; 

良好的英语读写能力；

5. Familiar with logistics management

systems and skilled in MS office; 

熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件；

6. Good communication skills 

具有良好的沟通技能。
