-     Responsible for collecting the necessary technical data for Plan-view / RFQ ;

-     As Technical contact between customer engineering and NORMA PDE, Could propose technical proposals to customer independently, Coordinate the resources internally and externally to solve customer technical concerns at beginning of the project；

-     Review, understand, and convey customer requirements / specifications. Negotiate with customers to resolve technical issues;

-     Technical training to customer to promote NORMA products. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs. including Norma USPs and advantages;

-     Assist PDE in design and development of new products to satisfy customers’ needs;

-     Assist account managers as the key technical advisor and product advocate to win new customer projects;

-     Travel to customer sites to perform start-up and training service to the customers. Development and maintains a good customer relationship and a positive image through the customer technical contact;

-     Identify customer’s need and sales opportunities to help future growth. Contribute to BD 30+ tech trends, strategies formulation;

-     Technical support to marketing/tech days/roadshows;

-      Identifies and communicates further necessary future Advanced Engineering  needs;

At least 5 years working experience in Automotive industry (Flex tube for cooling or other medium transport application) with engineering working background;

 Fluent English language;

 Bachelor degree from engineering colleges with plastic material knowledge is preferred;

High independency, able to work under pressure and with high efficiency. 

 Flexible travelling is necessary (+50%  of the time), in particular regarding customer visits  and regular project meetings at the relevant plants, as well as customer plant audits;

 Diligent, motivated self-starter, flexible.

Possess a mature, positive attitude, be detail oriented.

Ability to effectively multi-task and switch quickly and efficiently between tasks.

 Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a pleasant and helpful attitude when communicating with both internal and external individuals.

 Possess substantial presentational skills.

 Creative problem solver.
