1、Responsible to develop and establish continuous improvement activities in the plant level in order to improve production efficiency and reduce losses
负责工厂持续改善项目的开发及实施以持续优化生产效率并减少损耗；
2、Seek and implement process improvement and cost saving projects
寻求并实施生产过程改进和成本节约的项目；
3、Responsible to collect and consolidate key production data (OEE, overfill, losses, etc.) and perform MUV analysis and consolidate cost analysis of other P&L, such as labor, utilities, VOH,etc;
负责收集及整合工厂关键生产数据(OEE\Overfill\Losses等)，提供MUV数据分析；整合人工、能源、VOH等数据分析信息;
4、Optimize equipment, process and material consumption
持续优化工厂设备、流程及物料消耗；
5、Lead manufacturing trials running (lab scale and production scale), risk assessment and results analysis
主导工厂试验运行（实验测试阶段及生产阶段），风险评估和结果分析；
6、Lead KHMS program in plant level and track the completed progress and KPI achievement
负责工厂KHMS项目的实施并跟踪项目完成进度及KPI达成进度；
7、Give training to plant team about KHMS CIS chapters
负责KHMS CIS模块的培训；
8、Do investigations, facilitate brainstorming sessions, use problem solving tools and develop action plans to solve output losses, quality deviations, equipment performance and process stability
通过充分调查、组织团队头脑风暴，运营问题解决等工具对区域产量损失、质量偏差、设备性能及工艺稳定性问题制定行动方案以解决相关问题；
9、Perform statistics analysis using production data in Minitab
使用Minitab完成生产数据的统计分析；
10、Responsible for plant KPI management, complete monthly plant performance assessment and report
负责工厂KPI绩效管理，完成每月工厂绩效评估及报告；
11、Responsible for projects savings tracking, cost in tracker documents preparation and data processing
负责跟踪工厂年度费用增加及节约项目的实施进度及文件、数据的处理
12、Responsible for BOM setting and support on STD cost setting of SKU's
负责建立及维护每个SKU的BOM设置及STD成本
13、Responsible to support finance on VIC budget information
负责支持财务提交VIC预算信息
14、Support ENG manager to prepare and execute cost improvement CAPEX projects and calculations
协助工程经理准备成本改善CAPEX的设计和计算
15、Lead PLMS and LMS system in the plant level
主导PLMS和LMS系统在工厂的推进实施；
16、Performs other related duties as assigned
完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree, major in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related is preferred
本科及以上学历，工业工程、食品工程、机械工程等相关专业优先；
2、3 years or above related working experience
三年以上相关工作经验；
3、Project management experience
拥有项目管理经验；
4、Familiar with Lean Manufacturing (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) and Six Sigma statistical analysis
熟悉精益生产（5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) 及六西格玛统计分析；
5、Ability to give Lean Manufacturing trainings
能够提供精益生产培训；
6、Ability to facilitate brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
能够主导头脑风暴及解决问题会议；
7、Knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, EXCEL and PPT) in daily work
熟练掌握及应用OFFICE（Word, Outlook, EXCEL and PPT）等办公软件;
8、Good English, verbal and written
良好的英语听说读写能力；
9、Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
拥有良好的计划能力、组织协调能力及沟通能力；
10、Proactive and able to act independently
有积极主动，独立工作的能力；
11、Dedicated, hardworking, responsible, detail minded, creative
有敬业、勤奋、负责、细致、创新精神；
12、Nice to Have最优具备：Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt training/certification is a plus.
拥有六西格玛绿带/黑带认证者优先;Simulation tool experience/knowledge (Pro-Model, Arena or Simul8) is a plus熟悉相关模拟软件（Pro-Model, Arena or Simul8）者优先。
