Job Description
- Support technicians for daily machine maintenance and root cause analysis
- Systematically analyze machine main problems, and continuously improve machine availability (OEE)
- Implement TPM in shopfloor, including defining preventive maintenance items together with manufacturing and design improvement
- Active work on preventive and predictive measures to avoid reoccurrence of machine problems
- Problem solving with systematic tools and with logical & technical thinking
- Utilize i4.0 solutions to support machine maintenance
- Spare part planning and management. Improve spare part availability and continuously decrease maintenance cost
- New MAE release from maintenance prospective, support MAE modification
- Provide technical training to technicians and share technical knowhow and experience within the whole team
- Good communication with the other department, support our customer to reach targets
- Communicate with other Bosch domestic/oversea plants, and get support from them when necessary
- Other tasks from the direct superior
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or above)
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering major or related, Electrical Engineering is preferred
- 3 years machine maintenance related experience or above
- Software or mechanical designing background is preferred
- Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking
