Job Objective工作目标:

Through a complete analysis of suppliers and by working closely demand department, find reliable suppliers with good quality/cost balance and keep good business contacts and relations to contribute to profitability and development of company.

 

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

？  Market study, potential supplier selection. 

？  Coordinate sourcing project activities with sourcing/engineering leader.

？  Coordinate and conduct supplier audit for evaluation of capacities and quality systems.

？  Supplier communication and negotiations.

？  Quotation analysis and comparison.

？  Sign contract/issue PO according to PR/production demand and bidding result.

？  Project/PO follow-up (from inquiry, negotiation, contacting, production, commissioning, delivery, payment, monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

？  Follow up supplier’s after-delivery service.

？  Ensure a good documentation

？  Other jobs assigned

EHS

？  Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

全面遵守地方政府的EHS法律法规以及公司内部的EHS规定。

？  Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

接受EHS 培训，参与公司内部的EHS活动, 并宣传EHS的要求。

？  Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

及时汇报各类工伤、环保、职业健康事故、事故隐患和不安全行为/环境，参与事故调查，按时落实改进措施。

WCM Skill

？  Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI

？  Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work

？  Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result

 

Job Requirements其他工作要求:

？  Education background教育背景（学历、专业）: Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Chemicals/ Engineering/ Material Science/ Economic or Business management

？  Working experience工作经验（年数、行业）: 3+ in purchase/ sourcing/ supplier evaluation

？  Professional Skill专业技能要求：SAP or other ERP knowledge preferred

？  Language Skill 语言能力：Fluent in spoken and written English

？  Computer Skill计算机能力: Excellent in MS office

？  Personality 个性要求: Strong communication and project management skills with professional personality, Take initiatives, Good time management and well organized, Team player and strong sense of responsibility, open minded
