Job Objective:

  

？  To ensure Facility equipment in good condition to (water treatment, compressed air, HVAC, office and building) with constant reduction of corrective maintenance and efficient preventive program.

  

？  Partially take responsibility of automation maintenance in production process.

  

？  To meet company’s goals in term of delivery and cost.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

？  Manage the staff and especially the Engineers in order to:

  

Realize the preventive maintenance of the production lines according to the yearly preventive plan;

  

Provide the manpower in correspondence to the needs;

  

Follow-up of the maintenance consumables;

  

Work in team with the engineers in production in order to reduce the breakdown level of all the production lines;

  

Maintenance in a good condition all the other equipment of the company.

  

？  Manage the engineering project in order to achieve the engineering work requirement with cost optimization;

  

？  Set up and lead the working groups in order to implement TQM-TPM (Total Quality Management-Total Prevent Maintenance);

  

？  Define/Coordinate the Engineering & Modification work with the engineering/maintenance team;

  

？  Exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious

  

？  relations of all production personnel;

  

？  Review and evaluate performance of maintenance operation and take necessary actions to improve them.

  

？  Ensure and maintain good housekeeping safe working practice;

  

？  Set up and maintain operation procedures for prompt and accurate reporting system;

  

？  Participate in preparation of operating budgets and control costs as its efficient level

  

？  Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance to company policies, rules and Regulations;

  

？  Complete and support WCM related work including RP.

  

EHS

  

？  Follow company and legal regulation (e.g. EHS, 5S, Quality)

  

？  Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

  

？  Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

  

？  Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

  

WCM Skill

  

？  Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI

  

？  Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work

  

？  Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result

？  Understand Basic concept and meaning for 5 Attitudes

  

？  Adapt organizational/individual behaviors in alignment with Saint-Gobain attitudes

  

？  Live 5 Attitudes in the day-to-day work and interactions with colleagues and clients

Job Requirements其他工作要求:

  

？  Bachelor degree in mechanic or related, good English (CET-4 or above);

  

？  More than 3 years working experience with facility functions in manufactory is preferred, the experience in automotive industry is preferred.

  

？  Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process

  

？  Strong analytical and communication skill, motivate and team spirit

  

？  Able to assume risks and analyze and solve problem

  ？  Certified engineer qualifica
