Main Responsibility:

1.Management of one shift of M&R section.

2.Management of People

3.Communicate and cooperate with Internal/External stake-holders

4.Ensure the key functions of M&R work efficiently to support production

5.Be the main driver in implementing TPM to MCIQ

6.Ensure Good Corporation and coordination between 2 shifts of M&R

7.Take the overall daily responsibility of HSSE in the own de-partment;

8.Accept ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by sr. manager of M&R

Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above (major of automation control is pre-ferred)

2.Good English both oral and written, and have a basic PC skill

3.At least 8 years of working experience in automatic process equipment maintenance or installation

project in big manufactory plant

4.Strong driving and leadership

5.Related knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control, and mechanical knowhow.

6.Excellent communication and cooperation skill

7.Dedicate, self-motivation, trustful, result focused and with good teamwork spirit.

8.Have basic knowledge of ISO 9000/14000.
