岗位职责：

1. 产品认证证书办理及更新维护

2. 认证验厂审核维护

3. 建立和完善公司内部质量保证体系，推行全面质量管理，负责企业各种质量管理制度的制定与实施。

4. 组织进货检验，过程检验， 成品检验的活动。记录分析检验记录。 对出产产品的质量负责

5. 组织企业内部对个总质量问题进行评审，制定纠正、预防和改进措施，负责跟踪和验证。

6. 制定产品检验标准，保管检验文件

7. 召开现场质量工作会议。

8. 管理和维护检验设备的有效性和精确性。

9. 着眼市场主流产品技术性能，给新产品研发提供支持

10. 实验室的日常管理， 数据维护和分析

11. 完成上级领导分配的其他任务

资格要求：

英文水平：可以阅读英文认证资料文件， 英文测试方法文件，有一定的英文口语能力

学历： 本科以上 （高分子专业， 纺织专业优先 ）

工作经验： 质量管理， 实验室管理及相关工作经验者优先

Professional Holticultural Supplies with over 1000 products
DIY / Gardening retail Promotions, all our POS is designed in house and we regularly travel to all continents with marketplace data regarding point of sale developments.
Building & Construction Products
 
Our staff are trained in all product areas and willing to ensure our distributors are issued with the latest market trends or key line sales to ensure they profit accordingly
In 2012 we opened our first European Showroom & marketing office , based in the UK it is there to give all our partners real time access to questions, day to day business and of course will cut down significant travel costs to Asia for our European buyers.
We moved office in Qingdao to a larger facility which will contain a vastly improved showroom area as always you are welcome to visit either showroom at your convenience.
 
Private label business is around 70% of our retail business so although you may not have heard of NCIF ,your probably using or have used one of our lines at some point recently.
