主要工作职责 

1. Managing sales( Front End ) and multiple customers, New business development with assigned customers; Seeking out new customers for Electronics- Mechatronics business expansion; reporting to Global Sales Director& China Plant Manager 管理前端销售和客户，维护现有客户，开发新的业务和订单；开发新的客户，拓展机电和电子业务；向集团销售总监和工厂经理汇报 

2. Close coordination with customers with all the departments like R&D, Purchase, Quality and other concerned departments; Handling Quality related issues with customers until closure in support to Customer Quality Insurance based in EMEA-APAC regions 协调研发、采购、质量部门，完成对接事项; 支持CQE处理客户质量问题 

3. Monitoring competitors activities and suggest actions to counteract. 掌握 竞争对手的动向，采取对策 

4. Strategic planning and building up short and long term business plans, project planning and execution. 战略规划短期和长期业务目标，项目计划和实施 

5. Building close relationship with decision makers in all accounts according to Sales Director  维护与决策部门的良好关系 6. Ensuring On Time Delivery is maintained with customers 按照客户的要求保证按时交货 

7. Arranging Technical Presentations at customer end. 安排客户端的技术报告展示

3. Technical & Sales background in Automotive Industry with experience in dealing and serving  Tier 1 - Tier 2 and China’s OEMs – MANDATORY

有汽车行业技术和销售背景，有一线二线城市OEM工厂的工作经验

4. Knowledge of application based Technical specifications of Automotive customers

了解汽车客户技术规格要求和应用

5. Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with NAFTA EMEA APAC regions

有跨国公司工作背景，熟悉NAFTA EMEA APAC 地区文化

6. Must be familiar with Quality system like  IATF 16949:2016 and  ISO 26262, Functional safety of electrical and/or electronic systems (PHEV- EV )

熟悉质量体系IATF 16949:2016 、  ISO 26262，电气和电子功能安全体系(PHEV- EV )

7. FMEA APQP/ PPAP documentation and procedures

会使用FMEA APQP/ PPAP

8. Good exposure in the Automotive Industry – MANDATORY
