Job Responsibility:
1. Provide effective technical / applications supports to both the targeted customers and field sales
individual.
2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a consistent all-Parker program, a simple customer interface, fast response, a deep understanding of customers' needs, effective solutions, etc.
3. Train customers and field sales individual regarding new products and applications.
4. Work with the field sales individual to obtain specifications targeted to result in new sales opportunities or increased sales.
5. Build up the pipelines up to date on new activities and competitive activity.
6. Maintain proper business records.
7. Continually maintain the highest degree of ethics, cost reduction, productivity and customer service.
8. Present positive self-image and work attitude, make good business decisions utilizing the Product Group Sales Manager.
9. Provide timely and detailed reports summarizing business activities.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience with industrial hydraulics products & systems and the applications.
2. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to interact with customer key decision makers.
4. Ability to work with multiple Parker Groups, Divisions, etc. to achieve unified solutions.
5. Highly organized and self motivated.
6. Bachelor degree, Engineering degree or equivalent.
7. At least five years industrial hydraulics engineering background / work experience.
8. Good business aptitude.
9. Available to travel and work overtime as needed.
10.Good PC skills, can read, write and speed in English.
