Main duties and Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify business opportunities in general machinery (Non Automotive) industry
2.  Acquire new customers and new projects, maintain existing accounts
3. Understand customer requirements and needs and promote the company's products
4. Collaborate with Application Engineering Team to work out proper technical solutions
5. Conduct negotiations to close deals
6. Project Management
7. Act as contact window for quality complaints, Supervise resolution of customer complaints
8. Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy,  existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product developments 
9. Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments 
10. Provide technical and nontechnical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use,  installation of the products
11. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed ，Regular sales reports to the RHOS
12. Supervise and approve customer agreements, contracts, offers
13. Establish good connections to key organizations.
