1. Research and identify business opportunities in Automotive industry
2. Key account management
3. Acquire new customers and new projects, maintain existing accounts
4. Understand customer requirements and needs and promote the company's products
5. Collaborate with Application Engineering Team to work out proper technical solutions
6. Conduct negotiations to close deals
7. Project Management
8. Act as contact window for quality complaints, Supervise resolution of customer complaints
9. Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy,  existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product developments 
10. Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments 
11. Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, installation of the products
12. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed 
13. Regular sales reports to the RHOS
14. Supervise and approve customer agreements, contracts, offers
15. Establish good connections to key organizations.

1. More than 5 year working experience in automotive industry
2. Bachelor and above degree is preferred, Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, material related major is plus.
3. Good English skill, workable for written and oral.
4. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Customer- and market-oriented
