POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to China FD, functionally reporting to Qingdao Dispen JV GM, the Site Controller of Qingdao Dispen is responsible for overall finance activities, finance partnering with local business, as well as ensuring the compliance regarding internal and external regulations, on top of site administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support to Business

Supports Head of departments and Site MD for financial matters and performance monitoring.

Supports, implements and monitors the Country objectives for which his site belongs to.

– Processes & Tools

Applies tools & methodologies, drives and leads optimization on tools and systems. Supports and implements best practices.

– Internal Control

Applies rules and check application for other departments

– Financing & Treasury

Drives cash process in site

– Taxes

Work in close cooperation with Tax Department to ensure tax optimization at site level and minimize tax risks.

– Strategy

Local Financial partner, in charge to support, implement and promote the Country strategy.

– Tender Controlling

Applies correct RATES and ensures compliance with costing rule. Challenges and validates the Site financial data.

– Product cost Controlling

Drives process in site, dedicates financial resources to ensures fair allocation of costs to products on his site, closely monitor the evolution of sales/margin.

– Industrial/Overhead Controlling

Drives process in site. Develops costs optimization culture on site. Put in place action plan culture. Challenges manufacturing, supply chain managers on operational KPIs. Put inventories under control.

– Reporting & Accounting, Budget/ Closing / Rolling forecast

Drives process in site. Responsible for the accuracy and the reliability of the Site Accounting. Co-presents with Site MD the Site’s Budget to the PL / BS. Ensures consistency, completeness, liability and relevance of data.

– People management

Manages the team members to drive motivation and ensure stability of the team.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

You have proven experience in managing various topics in finance function and are able to improve efficiency of finance processes. You have solid expertise in finance & accounting and strong analytic skills. You are excellent communicator while working with different functions in a diverse organization.

Essential:

• Bachelor degree or above from business school of finance or accounting. Certificate holder of CPA / CIMA / ACCA preferred.
• At least 5-year hands-on experience in finance controlling in industrial enterprise, including minimum 2-year team management experience.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, experience in EPR system (preferable SAP and Kingdee)
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
