Duties & Responsibilities :

Specific duties including, but not restricted to :

• Payment checking / preparation for office overhead expenses, staff reimbursement & vendors foreign currency settlement
• Attend to auditor and tax officer/ China Government office for quick question and requirement
• Ensure monthly expense prepaid / accrual properly
• Tax invoices purchasing / cost invoices verifications through tax office website monthly; Run monthly tax invoice report from Golden tax system
• Monitor the branch's  finance team (if applicable) on daily operation, re-check BRN's weekly payment request
• Monthly, bi-yearly & yearly closing for company's BS reconciliation
• In charge monthly tax declaration to tax authorization
• Assist on business license and tax registration certificates renewal
• Sustain effective communication & coordination with ops and sales
• Follow instructions and implement policies
• Aware of VAT changes and updates
• Full accounting related affairs Back up peers whenever necessary
• Any duty per delegated from time to time

Skills & Educational Requirements :

• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office ( Excel ) and SAP,Cargowise
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline

Inter Relationships :

Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors

Working conditions :

Felxible hours and required occasionally

Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
