职位描述
工作职责
- 协助咨询顾问对客户需求进行调研，并参与定义模型架构与关键解决方案；
- 按照项目进度进行客户仿真项目的建模与交付，并保证质量；
- 独立自主解决建模问题，通过建模仿真与咨询顾问协同解决客户业务问题；
- 参与建设建模团队的内部研发体系，开发并扩充仿真模型库；
- 以敏捷的方式参与团队的发展建设，保证质量地完成分配的任务；
- 理解并探索新的仿真工具及基础算法，对团队服务类产品进行持续改善与提升。
Responsibilities:
- Support consultant for customer investigation and define model architecture and key solution
- Deliver customer modeling simulation project by time with required quality
- Autonomously solve modeling problems, so to collaborate with consultant focusing on customer business requirements
- Taking development tasks of modeling team R&D framework implementation
- Participate development activity in an agile way in modeling team; deliver assigned task with quality
- Research and learn new simulation related portfolios to continuously improve team’s service portfolio
职位要求
- 要求工学、理学相关的专业背景；
- 硕士从事航空航天、机电系统仿真或专注于基于模型与算法的工业工程或物流相关专业为佳；
- 拥有1-2年仿真软件产品的项目应用经验（离散事件仿真，物流仿真，或系统多物理场仿真等）；
- 有从事若干高级编程语言进行建模辅助的经验；
- 对新的仿真建模软件应用及解决方案有学习兴趣；
- 适应性强，能够适应新的技能需求及客户项目要求；
- 出色的自主解决问题能力；
- 候选人需有较强的自律性与创新性，不惧挑战，责任心强；
- 如有敏捷开发的相关知识或经验优先考虑。
Qualifications:
- A good first degree in engineering, mathematics, or sciences
- M.S. in Aerospace, Mechatronics, IE, Logistics, or related field with focus on computational methods
- At least 1-2 years simulation customer project or product experience in Logistic, Discrete Event, or System Simulation
- Practiced with at least one modern programming language
- Interested in learning new simulation portfolios and solutions
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to customer application needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The candidate must be self-disciplined, creative, willing to learn challenging issues with passion and have strong sense of responsibility
- With agile development mindset, experience of Scrum would be a plus
