What are my responsibilities?

• Type test for electrical drives, power sections and controls.

• Set up type test system with performance and cost considerations
• Participation in benchmark and design to cost projects.
• Participate in multi-national working teams (Chinese, German).
• Support design team for development and design verification test based on relevant standards.
• Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks:

Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures. Ensure product design according with related EHS standard and requirements.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Drive technology, power electronics and electronic components.
• Test tools and methods. Testing and measuring know-how (EMC, electrical & functional safety, climatic & mechanical tests)
• Standards and certifications. Qualification and approval processes.
• Good English language in written and spoken forms
• Knowledge about international and Chinese testing standards and regulations regarding electrical parts and drives.
• At least 3 years’ experience in drive development or drive test activities or similar activities (like engineering) around the area of power electronics
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. Strong learning capability
• On-site experience and application know-how
• Project management experience is desirable
• Experience on automatic test system is preferred.

我需要什么才能胜任这份工作？

？驱动技术。电力电子和电子元件

？测试工具和方法。测试和测量技术诀窍（EMC、电气和功能安全、气候和机械测试）

？标准和认证。鉴定和批准程序。

？良好的英文书写及口语水平。

？了解国内及国际关于电气部件及驱动产品的标准和规范。

？至少3年电力电子领域的驱动开发或驱动测试活动或类似活动（如工程）经验

？较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，较强的学习能力。

？现场工作经验及驱动产品应用经验者优先。

？有项目管理经验者优先

？有自动化测试平台设计经验者优先。
