职位描述
I. Purpose of Position
Work independently or with dealers to focus on sales expansion / market share by introducing new products / services / solutions and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Key account and improve market share in Centra l& West China;
2. Develop color management solutions inside brand owner and leverage to supply chain;
3. Work closely with X-Rite dealers and other channel partners to ensure maximizing X-Rite overall benefits and revenue growth in channels sales on the basis of Value Based Dealer Program (VBDP) and with necessary channel management and support skills;
4. Work to establish and execute new design wins in the industries;
5. Fulfill annual business goals in both large accounts and channel business in the efforts of realizing X-Rite Shared Goals and implementing relevant strategies;
6. Work with marketing team to design and implement effective marketing programs on the basis of market needs and trends;
7. Perform as a team player and help foster team spirit in daily business in a bid to grow X-Rite business in a sustainable and healthy atmosphere.
III. Relationships
1. Sales Team: For overall sales activities (follow Danaher daily management process with highest integrity)
2. Application team: For Software & product training;
3. Dealers: For daily support, policy introduction & POC info clarification; New dealer development;
4. Marketing: For leads following up to revenue and seminars support;
5. Finance: for any financial-related matters such as AR, credit policy etc.
IV. Measures of Performance
1. Achieve sales quota and KPIs
2. Sales force timeless and effectiveness
3. Other sales standard work
V. Background and Skill
1. At least 3 years of sales experience in industrial sector, eg auto, plastic, consumer electronics, food&beverage, cosmetics, pharma, and petrochemical
2. Deep insight in industrial sector and good relationship with key players
3. Good English skills in daily communication
4. Experience on end users management is preferred
