Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing HR rules and executing, make the procedure of recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance in place and standardized;

制定相关的人事管理制度，并组织实施，使公司的招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效等管理逐步规范化；

2. In charge of recruitment based on the goal of company;

根据公司发展目标，组织实施招聘工作；

3. Establish training plan inside and outside of company and execute it;

拟定公司内外部培训计划，并组织实施；

4. Responsible for salary budget, investigation, suggestion, calculation;

负责年度薪酬预算，调查，建议，月度核算；

5. Responsible for establishing performance evaluation system, organize year-end evaluation;

负责搭建公司绩效考核体系，并实施年终测评；

6. Ensure HR management procedure stand the same level with ISO quality system and EHS system;

确保人力资源管理程序与ISO质量管理体系和EHS体系的要求保持一致；

7. Responsible for enterprise culture construction and team building;

负责企业文化建设和团队建设；

8. Responsible for labor relationship management；

负责员工劳动关系管理；

9. Responsible for support SA audit from customers;

负责协助客户SA审核；

10. Responsible for dispatch agency management.

负责劳务派遣公司的管理。

Requirements：

1. 熟悉当地劳动法规；

Proficient in local laws and regulations;

2. 较强的协调沟通能力、亲和力好；

Strong coordination and communication skills, good affinity;

3. 团队合作能力；

Team work ability;

4. 熟练的英文听说读写能力。

Good command of oral and written English.
