职位描述：

1. 核对系统销账，安排放单。
2. 银行交单，收付汇等。
3. 给客人开具（批量导入）并提供电子发票。
4. 协助行政相关供应商的管理，提供日常的支持。如邮件快递收发、会议室预订、办公文具设备购买、名片印刷、办公设施维护、行政相关供应商管理等。
5. 办公室日常维护。
6. 总经理安排的其他工作，如预定酒店，策划年会，组织团建活动等。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 踏实，严谨，有责任心，有团队合作精神。
3. 有英文基础或货代相关工作经验者优先
