Monthly review sales forecast with HQ sales planning, analyze changes and deviations, to drive for improvement of sales forecast accuracy.

Work out forecast models to optimize statistic forecast, analyze historic data, as well as trend/seasonality and events, to improve sales forecast accuracy.

Define and rollout demand forecast collaboration process, represent and possibly lead Demand Planning meeting in the S&OP process to make collaborative demand planning.

Build up the link between demand planning and business KPIs, closely monitor and continuously improve the KPIs with collaborative departments.

Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, bias) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels. Coordinate abnormal conditions, and promote problem solution.

Other tasks which are assigned by Value Stream Support Manager.

Qualification:

5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or related experience.

Bachelor’s degree or above with mathematical analysis, statistics, supply chain management or related field.

Strong process mind, data sensitive, analytical, with clear mind-set on the big picture while enough attention to details, and problem solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.

Strong willingness to study in diversified functions, analytical with attention to well organized and initiatives.

Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Excel database, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of SAP experience is preferred.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
