What are my responsibilities?

Responsible for management of DI CS project service business，include service contract、retrofit and digitalization project process, from project start to after service

负责工业客户服务部项目型业务，包括服务合同、升级改造以及数字化项目的项目管理全过程（从项目启动到售后）

Responsible for customer inquiry communication, align with customer’s PM for coordination

负责跟客户需求澄清，跟客户方项目经理对接

Follow solution architecture decomposition, and integrate int./ext. engineer resource

参照技术方案架构分解，整合内外部的工程资源

Responsible for the communication and coordination with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

负责与客户、公司内部、供应商的沟通与协调

Responsible for project implement management include plan, cost, scope and quality control

负责项目的执行管理包括计划、成本、范围和质量控制

Full responsibility on project performance, EHS, and customer satisfaction

对项目绩效、安全、客户满意度负全责

Take part in pre-sales support and solution presentation

参与售前支持工作和方案宣讲

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Major in Electrical/Mechanic Engineering or Project Management/ Bachelor or above

电气/机械工程或者项目管理专业，本科以上学历

+3 years project management experience in industry manufacturing; electrical、software or mechanical engineering related experience.

3年以上工业制造领域的项目管理经验；电气、软件或机械设计/工程经验。

Rich experience in big project management. Qualification authorization of PMP is preferred

在大型项目管理方面有丰富的经验和能力，具有PMP证书资质优先

Project experience in Automotive, Food & Beverage, Iron & Steel, Paper industry are preferred

有汽车、食品饮料、钢铁或造纸等行业工程项目经验优先

Working experience in MOM. Familiar with lean management. Proficient in Siemens platform architecture is preferred. Experience in ERP/WMS is preferred.

在MOM领域有工作经验，熟悉精益管理，熟悉西门子平台体系者优先，具备ERP/WMS项目经验者优先

Good communication skills, strong solution presentation ability and customer service awareness

具备良好的沟通能力，具备较强方案讲解能力和客户服务意识

Ability to identify and control project risks, make reasonable project plans and respond to changes in project requirements

具备项目风险识别和控制能力，能制定合理的项目计划和应对项目需求变更

Master related project management tools, with strong document writing ability

掌握相关项目管理工具，具备较强的文档撰写能力

Good execution and responsibility, detail management ability, push the project team towards the target

具有良好的执行力和责任心,具备细节管理能力，能推动项目团队朝目标前进

Competence of oral and written English

良好的英语书面及口头表达能力

Able to frequently travel

能适应经常出差
